As SUNY Cortland planned for the future, our firm provided site planning and design services that support both the evolving needs of the campus community and the college’s commitment to athletics. Athletic stadium upgrades replaced the existing synthetic turf and introduced a video scoreboard with replay capabilities, creating a more engaging and versatile experience for student athletes and spectators. To plan for expanded campus housing, a comprehensive townhouse feasibility and campus living study evaluated five potential sites, identifying opportunities and constraints and developing conceptual plans and cost estimates to guide future residential development.
