VVS CSD

A major design component of the 2018 Capital Improvement Project was the renovation and expansion of the track and fields to improve the district’s facilities for football, soccer, lacrosse, field hockey, and track and field. Track and field renovations improved the existing natural grass field stadium, and a new synthetic turf field was designed adjacent to the existing field. This allowed for one site to house the facilities for all of these sports programs, and design for a double-sided press box and bleacher system ensured the facility was user-friendly for spectators and support staff.

• Milling and resurfacing of athletic track, addition of steeplechase, relocation of field events, replacement of fencing and gates.
• New synthetic turf field and bleachers, new video scoreboard, new double-sided viewing press box.
• New entry plaza and walkways.
